At Tasfe, we take intellectual property rights very seriously and are committed to ensuring that all content published on our website complies with copyright laws. If you believe that any material posted on Tasfe infringes upon your copyright, please follow the procedure below to file a DMCA Takedown Notice.

How to File a DMCA Notice:

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that you request to be removed, including information sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL or page location).
  3. Your contact information, including:
    • Full name
    • Address
    • Email address
    • Phone number (optional)
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf.

Once we receive your DMCA takedown notice, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content or disabling access to it.

Counter-Notice:

If you believe that your content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice to us. To do so, please provide the following:

  1. Your full name, address, and email address.
  2. A description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., your consent to jurisdiction in the district of our service provider).
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive further notification from the complainant indicating they have filed a court action.
